Refund And Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on https://tradevibeindia.com, operated by TradeVibe India. This policy is aligned with our Payment Policy and explains the terms for refunds, returns, cancellations, and related payment handling.

We aim to ensure a transparent and fair refund process for our customers while maintaining smooth wholesale and trading operations.

1. Refund Policy (3-Days Return Window)

We offer a 3-days return policy from the date of delivery of the product.

You may request a refund if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product is incorrect or not as described
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and supporting images (if applicable).

2. Non‑Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests initiated after 3 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Bulk or wholesale orders explicitly marked as non‑returnable
  • Products purchased under clearance, discount, or special pricing (unless defective)
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain disposable or single-use products, unless damaged or defective
3. Cancellation Policy
a) Order Cancellation by Customer
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
b) Order Cancellation by TradeVibe India

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Operational or logistical constraints

In such cases, a full refund (if payment was received) will be processed as per the applicable payment method.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at contact@tradevibeindia.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide order ID, invoice copy, and clear images of the product
  • Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
5. Refund Processing & Method

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated as follows:

a) Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
  • Refunds are initiated through Razorpay
  • The amount is credited back to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 7 business days, depending on the payment provider
b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  1. Refunds are processed directly by TradeVibe India
  2. Customers must provide valid UPI ID or bank account details for refund processing
  3. Refund timelines depend on verification and banking channels
c) Returns & RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Refunds for approved returns and RTO cases are processed by TradeVibe India after verification
d) Failed or Incomplete Transactions
  • If payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the refund is automatically handled by Razorpay or the customer’s bank
  • TradeVibe India does not manually process refunds for failed payment transactions
6. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping charges are refundable only if the product is defective
  • Damage caused during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; claims after this period will not be accepted
  • If the customer wishes to return a product due to change of interest, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Special return and refund terms may apply for wholesale or bulk purchases. Any mutually agreed written terms will override this standard policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeVibe India shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Product Exchange Policy

If there is no defect in the product and the customer wishes to exchange it due to size or quality preferences, the exchange will be allowed. In such cases, courier charges will be borne by the customer. Kindly remember, exchanges are permitted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.

10. Time Guidelines

If a product is delivered on 10th February 2026 at 1:00 PM, the customer must submit any return or exchange request by 13th February 2026 at 1:00 PM.

Requests raised after this deadline will be strictly rejected, with no exceptions.
