This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on https://tradevibeindia.com, operated by TradeVibe India .This policy is courier-safe, RTO-compliant, and aligned with our Payment Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

TradeVibe India uses Shipmojo as its shipping aggregation platform. Certain products may be fulfilled and dispatched from different partner facilities or warehouses based on availability and operational requirements. We aim to deliver products safely and transparently while maintaining fair business practices.

1. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship orders Pan‑India.
  • Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability of the destination PIN code as determined by Shipmojo and its courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Order processing timelines may vary depending on product availability and operational readiness at the fulfillment location.

3. Shipping Methods & Partners
  • Shipping and logistics are managed through Shipmojo, which assigns courier partners based on serviceability, package size, and delivery location.
  • For certain products, orders may be fulfilled from authorized third-party fulfillment partners or warehouses based on availability.
  • Courier partner selection is automated and beyond direct customer control.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

This time is indicative only and may vary due to courier delays, supplier dispatch timelines, weather conditions, or other external factors.

5. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Charges may vary depending on order value, weight, dimensions, delivery location, or courier partner.
  • Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
6. Tracking Information
  • Once an order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS (where applicable).
  • Customers are advised to track shipments using the tracking link provided by Shipmojo or the assigned courier partner.
7. Delivery Attempts, RTO & Customer Responsibility
a) Delivery Attempts
  • Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive the order and for providing accurate contact and address details.
b) RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be marked as RTO due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable or unreachable
  • Customer refusal to accept delivery
  • Non‑acceptance or non‑payment of COD orders

In such cases:

  • The shipment is returned to the origin by the courier partner
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Shipping, RTO, or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • TradeVibe India reserves the right to restrict COD or future orders in case of repeated RTO incidents
8. Delivery Issues
a) Delayed Delivery

TradeVibe India is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Dispatch delays at the fulfillment partner or warehouse level
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
b) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, re‑shipping charges may apply.
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
  • If a package is received in damaged condition, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof.
  • Claims raised after this period may be subject to verification and may not be guaranteed for resolution.
  • Resolution depends on the courier partner and supplier verification.
10. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
  • Delivery timelines and shipping terms for wholesale or bulk orders may differ.
  • Any mutually agreed written terms will override this standard Shipping & Delivery Policy.
11. International Shipping
  • Currently, international shipping is not offered unless explicitly agreed in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability

While we work with reputed courier and logistics partners, TradeVibe India will reasonably assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues. However, delays or disruptions caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

13. Shipping Carriers

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, TradeVibe India works with third-party logistics partners through shipping aggregators. Depending on service availability, delivery location (PIN code), and shipment type, orders may be shipped using one or more of the following courier partners:

Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier, Mahavir Courier, XpressBees, Ekart Logistics, Shadowfax, India Post (Indian Postal Service), ATS, Amazon Shipping, and other regional or national courier partners.

The selection of the shipping carrier is automated and based on operational efficiency, serviceability, and estimated delivery timelines. Customers cannot choose a specific courier partner manually. The list of courier partners may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
