Refund & Cancellation Policy [B2B]

At TradeVibe India, we are committed to supplying quality products to our wholesale customers. As wholesale transactions are business-to-business (B2B) purchases, all buyers are requested to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Scope
This policy applies only to wholesale/bulk orders placed directly with TradeVibe India through our website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, or any other official communication channel.
2. No Return Policy

All wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns of goods once they have been dispatched or delivered, except in the situations specifically mentioned in this policy.

3. No Refund Policy

Payments made for wholesale orders are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued if:

  • The buyer changes their mind.
  • The buyer no longer requires the products.
  • Incorrect quantity or product is ordered by the buyer.
  • The buyer is unable to sell or use the products.
  • Delivery is refused without a valid reason.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive products that are:

  • Damaged during transit,
  • Manufacturing defective, or
  • Different from the items mentioned in your confirmed order,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order number or invoice copy.
  • Clear photographs and/or videos of the products and packaging.
  • Details of the issue.

Claims received after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5. Resolution

After verification, TradeVibe India may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product(s),
  • Send the missing product(s), or
  • Provide another mutually agreed resolution.

Refunds will generally not be provided.

6. Customized or Private Label Orders

Orders manufactured or supplied with:

  • Custom branding,
  • Private label,
  • Customized packaging,
  • Special specifications,

cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances after confirmation.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before procurement or production has started.

If procurement, manufacturing, branding, packaging, or dispatch has already commenced, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping, freight, insurance, packing, handling, customs duties, taxes, and other logistics charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

9. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to the package should be reported to the courier representative and to TradeVibe India without delay.

10. Force Majeure

TradeVibe India shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, war, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

TradeVibe India’s liability shall be limited to the value of the affected products only. Under no circumstances shall TradeVibe India be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits or goodwill.

12. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from wholesale transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
