How to Return a Product

At TradeVibe India, we aim to provide a smooth and worry‑free shopping experience. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please follow the step‑by‑step guide below to ensure a hassle‑free return process.

Return Eligibility (When Is a Return Accepted?)

You can request a return within 3 days of product delivery if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product is damaged or broken on delivery
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product is missing or partially delivered
  • A manufacturing defect is found

⚠️ Important: The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Clearance sale or special discount items (if clearly mentioned on the product page)
  • Hygiene‑related items, once the seal is opened
How to Raise a Return Request (Step‑by‑Step)
Step 1: Keep Your Order Details Ready

Before raising a return request, please keep the following information ready:

  • Order ID
  • Registered email address or mobile number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images of the product (mandatory for damaged or defective items)
Step 2: Submit Your Return Request

You can raise a return request using any of the following methods:

Step 3: Verification & Approval
  • Our support team will review your request within 24–48 working hours
  • Additional images or videos may be requested if required
  • Once verified and approved, the return process will be initiated
Step 4: Product Pickup or Return Shipping
  • After approval, a pickup will be arranged depending on your location and product type
  • If pickup service is not available, you may be requested to ship the product back to us
  • The return address and shipping instructions will be shared via email

⚠️ Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process
  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout
Refund Timelines:
  • UPI / Wallets: 7 working days
  • Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking: 7 working days

Shipping charges, RTO charges, or handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount as per our policies.
