Welcome to TradeVibe India. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, payment terms, and related conditions for purchases made on https://tradevibeindia.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated in this Payment Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments on TradeVibe India are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted and RBI-authorized payment gateway in India. Customers can make payments using the following methods supported by Razorpay:

  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking (supported Indian banks)
  • Wallets and other payment options as enabled by Razorpay from time to time
2. Payment Security

TradeVibe India does not store, process, or collect your debit/credit card details on its own servers. All payments are encrypted and securely handled by Razorpay in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS security standards.

We only receive transaction confirmation details necessary to process your order.

3. Pricing & Taxes
  • All product prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as displayed on the checkout page.
  • GST and other applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout in accordance with Indian tax laws.
  • Shipping & COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before order confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or other communication channels provided by you.

TradeVibe India reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

In case of a failed or pending payment processed via Razorpay:

  • If the amount is debited but the payment fails, it is usually auto-reversed by Razorpay or the customer’s bank within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment method, or UPI provider.
  • TradeVibe India does not control bank-side delays but will assist customers in tracking the transaction where possible.

For unresolved issues, customers may also contact Razorpay support or their respective bank/UPI provider.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks
  • Refunds for prepaid orders, if applicable, are initiated through Razorpay as per our Refund & Return Policy and are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed directly by TradeVibe India using the payment details (such as UPI or bank account) provided by the customer at the time of refund initiation.
  • Refunds related to returns and RTO (Return to Origin) orders are also processed by TradeVibe India after successful verification, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
  • In case of failed or incomplete transactions, where the payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the refund is automatically handled by Razorpay or the customer’s bank, and TradeVibe India does not manually process such refunds.
  • Any chargeback or dispute raised directly with the bank or Razorpay without contacting us first may result in order cancellation or account review.
7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, TradeVibe India reserves the right to:

  • Verify payments before processing orders
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Request additional information for payment verification, if required
8. Limitation of Liability

TradeVibe India shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from payment failures, unauthorized transactions, or technical issues caused by Razorpay, banks, UPI apps, or other third-party service providers involved in the payment process.

9. Changes to This Payment Policy

TradeVibe India reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
